Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — email us at support@canine12.com within 30 days. Include your order number and a photo if you can. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. No runaround. See full return policy here.
Package Not Showing Up?
1) Give it 24 hours. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.
2) Check around porches, mailboxes, lobbies, and with neighbors.
3) Contact your local carrier for more details.
4) Still nothing after 48 hours? Email us at support@canine12.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Cancellations & Refunds
Need to cancel? Email us at support@canine12.com as soon as possible. We ship fast, so if your order's already out the door, we can't pull it back, but if we catch it in time, we'll cancel and refund in full.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the credit to show on your statement.
