The F1 Dog Collar Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") runs on a recurring monthly basis. Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Time on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time on the last day of that month. A new winner is selected each month the Sweepstakes is offered.
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Canine12 LLC, 134 S Main, Alpine, UT 84004 ("Sponsor").
Open to legal residents of the 46 eligible United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Michigan, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Online: Complete the entry form on this page with the requested information during the entry period. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per household, per monthly entry period.
Mail-in: To enter without purchase or online submission, hand-print your full name, street address, city, state, ZIP, email address, date of birth, and phone number on a 3x5 card and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: Canine12 F1 Collar Giveaway, 134 S Main, Alpine, UT 84004. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the applicable monthly entry period and received within seven (7) days of that period's end. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per monthly entry period.
One (1) winner per monthly entry period will receive an F1 Dog Collar by Fi with one year subscription. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $209 USD. Prize is awarded as-is, with no cash equivalent or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that monthly entry period, conducted within fourteen (14) days after the period ends. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided with the entry. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor's discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Rules, or acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for technical malfunctions of any kind.
These Official Rules and any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction therein.
Information submitted with an entry is handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Personal information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and may be used for marketing communications from Canine12 if the entrant opts in.
For the name of the current monthly winner (available after that month's drawing is complete), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Canine12 F1 Collar Giveaway Winner List, 134 S Main, Alpine, UT 84004. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days of the end of the applicable monthly entry period.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (in whole or in part) at any time if it becomes technically corrupted or otherwise impaired, or if fraud or other causes beyond Sponsor's control affect the administration, security, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
